Such is the case with The Spork Cafe—a cozy little brunch spot that has become my must stop whenever in the area. Despite the bustling nature of brunch hours, the owners and staff are always so friendly and accommodating. They have rotating specials so you can always try something new and you can always count on whatever meal you chose being absolutely delicious. The Spork doesn't just serve food; it serves an experience—a chance to pause, indulge, and feel welcomed. Indoor and seasonal outdoor seating in a quaint downtown. Great vibe for all ages. Relaxed with farmhouse decor. Menu changes daily and is filled with unique creations. I had the little smokies omelette and my husband had the chicken and waffle eggs benedict. Even the strawberry jam for my toast was homemade. You won’t be disappointed!

Hands down my favorite breakfast place in GB. Menu is curated every weekend and everything i have tasted so far is excellent. Comparable and even better than most high end brunch places in Chicago.

Spectacular!!!!!!!!! I have been in all 50 states, multiple times. I can certainly say, I've had my fair share of breakfasts!! This one by far, this is one that I will remember most definitely!! The taste of the omelette and how it was prepared and cookrd with its thin crepe-like layers and folding of the egg, (with local farm-freah veggies that rotate with what's available locally) left my mouth just wanting more and more. I coupled it with sourdough toast, ahhh but don't think THIS either is your normal toaster type toast.... no, no ,no... you WILL WANT MORE... the way this was toasted would make mebcome back every single day... but, coming from out-of-state means I will look forward to it during my next year's visit for sure!!! I was thrilled to have met the owner ... the pride that was so apparent in her restaurant, the newly re-opening of the restaurant was well done and beautiful but, she exuded such humbleness, despute such great success. It truly is one of those places that I hope gets the notoriety that it deserves!!! Breakfast is my most favorite meal of the day and I tell you I have had my fair share of breakfasts across the U. S.. This one will definitely be at the TOP rankings of my loves!!!!

Spork is an excellent breakfast nook! The casual atmosphere was welcoming, and our server was very informative. It was our first time coming here and having him explain that ordering is done at the counter, about their bottomless coffee, and about their specials and baked goods was appreciated. The food was bright and had lots of fresh ingredients and dynamic flavors. No critique, everything was perfect!

Fantastic experience. We stopped for a quick bite and were welcomed with wonderful, friendly service. One of the best iced lattes I’ve had in a while (banana bread!!) and the food was fresh and delightful. Highly recommend!

Every time we have come in, they have amazing food and coffee drinks. When they have their coconut cream - it's so good! We usually get an Egg Benedict but their other options are great too.
